These terms apply every time you visit moviestarjacket.com and every time you place an order with us. The version live on the day you order is the version that governs your order. Please read them, particularly the sections on liability and governing law.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean MovieStarJacket.
"You" means the person using the site or placing the order.
"Services" means the website, the shop and everything we offer through them.
By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
MovieStarJacket has traded since 2013. Production and dispatch run from 24 Al Khabaisi Area, 13 B Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell to you.
By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that any minor using the site on a device you control does so with your consent.
To place an order you may need to give us an email address and billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You may not sell, transfer or license your account to anyone else.
We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour and texture can still look different on your screen depending on your device, its settings and the light you are viewing it in. Leather in particular varies naturally between hides, and small differences in grain and shade are a property of the material rather than a fault.
We do not warrant that a product will match your expectations exactly. If it does not, our return policy is how that gets put right.
Product descriptions, specifications and availability can change without notice. We may discontinue any product and may limit quantities offered to any person, region or jurisdiction.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer by charging your payment method and sending you a confirmation. Until we do, no contract exists.
We may decline or cancel an order. Reasons include stock running out, a payment failing verification, a suspected fraudulent transaction, a pricing error, or a delivery address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, we refund you in full and email you to explain why.
Cancellations by you are governed by our order cancellation policy.
Prices are in United States dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it, which is also the price shown in your confirmation email.
Posted prices exclude sales tax, shipping, handling and any customs or import charges. Sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Promotions may carry their own terms. Where a promotion term conflicts with these terms, the promotion term applies to that promotion only.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on carriers and on customs authorities, neither of which we control.
Because orders ship from the United Arab Emirates, parcels crossing a border are treated as imports. Duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are explained in our shipping policy.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. This does not remove our obligations under the shipping policy for parcels lost or damaged in transit, and it does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live.
The site and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, video, product descriptions and the selection and arrangement of all of it, belong to MovieStarJacket or to our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may use the site for your own personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or transmit any of our material without our written consent.
Our name, logo and product names are our trademarks. Other names and marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
If you believe material on our site infringes your intellectual property, email info@moviestarjacket.com with details of the work, the material you are objecting to and your contact details. We investigate every notice we receive and remove infringing material promptly.
If you send us reviews, ideas, suggestions or other content, you give us a worldwide, royalty free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display it in any medium, including for commercial purposes.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to anything you submit, that it does not infringe anyone else rights, and that it is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene. You confirm that you have disclosed any payment or incentive you received in connection with a review.
We may edit or remove submitted content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor it and we are not responsible for content submitted by others.
Use the site lawfully. Do not use it to break any law, to infringe anyone rights, to harass or abuse anyone, to transmit false information, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with how the site works for other people.
Do not upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, collect other users personal information, or attempt to bypass any security feature of the site.
We may suspend or close your account without notice if we believe you have broken this section.
The site may link to or embed content from third parties. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Read their terms and privacy policies before you use them.
Optional third party tools available through the site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Using them is at your own risk.
The site occasionally contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct any error and may change or cancel an order affected by one, including after you have submitted it. If we cancel an order for this reason we refund you in full.
Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to sell to you. Any purchase you make is made directly with MovieStarJacket. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss arising from a product you buy. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising out of your transactions with us.
Information on the site is provided for general purposes. We do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Except where we say otherwise, the Services and the products sold through them are provided as they are and as available, without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of error.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MovieStarJacket and our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services or of any product bought through them.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MovieStarJacket, Shopify and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors against any claim, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law or third party right, or your use of the Services. We will notify you of any such claim and you will cooperate in defending it.
We may end this agreement or suspend your access to the Services at any time and at our discretion. Amounts you already owe remain payable.
Sections covering intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and any other section that by its nature should survive will continue to apply after termination.
These terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide you Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and MovieStarJacket agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you live in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, that right is not affected.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier version. You may not transfer your rights under them without our consent. We may transfer ours without notice.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version. We will notify you of material changes as the law requires, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
