These terms are the agreement between you and MovieStarJacket when you browse moviestarjacket.com or buy from us. We have written them in plain language. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them along with the policies they link to.
MovieStarJacket is a trading name. Our customer service office is at 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33702, United States, and our production facility is at 24 Al Khabaisi Area, 13 B Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We", "us" and "our" mean MovieStarJacket. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.
You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. The information you give us, including your name, address and payment details, must be accurate and yours to use. You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its outer material, lining and fit. Leather is a natural material, so grain, texture and shade vary slightly from jacket to jacket, and colors can look different on different screens. These natural variations are not defects. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our Return and Refund Policy covers you, including clearance items.
We may update descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is captured and we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or our fraud checks flag the payment. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full and email you the reason.
Orders are for personal use, not resale.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and, for United States orders, import duty are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If we listed a price that is obviously wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Promotions and discount codes have their own terms, shown with the offer. Where those terms conflict with these, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.
Payment methods, charging, declines and statement descriptors are explained in our Payment Policy.
Delivery times are estimates, explained in our Shipping Policy. Customs checks and carrier delays can add time, and we cannot control them. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until your parcel is delivered. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it as our Shipping Policy describes.

• Returns and exchanges follow our Return and Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, return shipping paid by you unless we made a mistake.
• Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Made to measure items cannot be cancelled once cutting has started and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
If you post a review, photo or comment, or send us suggestions, you give us a free, worldwide, permanent license to use, display and adapt it to run and promote our store. You confirm that your review reflects your own experience, that you own any photo you upload, and that you have disclosed any discount or payment you received for it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
The text, photos, graphics, product descriptions, logo and design of this site belong to MovieStarJacket or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, resell or republish our content without written permission.
Other names, brands and trademarks that appear on the site belong to their owners. MovieStarJacket is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any film studio, sports league, entertainment company or public figure. If you believe anything on our site uses your copyright or trademark without permission, please follow our DMCA and Intellectual Property Policy and we will review it promptly.
You may not use the site to break the law; to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; to harass anyone; to send spam or malware; to scrape, crawl or copy the site with automated tools; to interfere with its security; or to impersonate another person. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
The site may link to or embed tools run by other companies, such as review widgets, video players and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
MovieStarJacket is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with MovieStarJacket. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and MovieStarJacket, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MovieStarJacket.
