Most orders reach United States addresses in 10 to 18 business days with standard shipping, or 6 to 11 business days with express. Standard shipping is free on orders over $149. Orders are made and dispatched from our facility in Dubai, so the times below include international transit.

We make and pack orders at our facility at 24 Al Khabaisi Area, 13 B Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our United States office at 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33702 handles customer service and some returns. It is not a shop or a warehouse, so orders do not ship from Florida.
We prepare orders in 2 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm Gulf Standard Time (9:00 am Eastern Time in summer, 8:00 am in winter) start processing the next business day.
You get two emails. The first confirms we received your order. The second arrives when the parcel leaves us and carries your tracking number.

These are transit times after dispatch. Add 2 to 4 business days of processing for your total. Customs clearance in your country is the one step nobody can speed up, and these ranges already allow for a typical clearance.
We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex. The carrier depends on your country and the service you pick, and your dispatch email names it.
Your tracking number arrives by email on the day the carrier collects your parcel. Tracking usually starts showing movement within 24 hours. If 7 business days pass with no tracking email, something has gone wrong on our side: email info@moviestarjacket.com with your order number and we will chase it that same business day.
Parcels from Dubai are imports, and since 29 August 2025 the United States charges duty on imported parcels of any value. We calculate that duty at checkout and add it to your total before you pay. The amount you approve at checkout is the full amount; the carrier will not ask you for anything on delivery.
Import duty, VAT, GST and customs handling fees are set by your government and are not included in our prices unless checkout shows them. Where they are not collected at checkout, the carrier collects them before delivery. Your local customs office can tell you the likely amount in advance.
We always declare the true value and contents of every parcel. We cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the declared value, because that is customs fraud.
Prices are shown in US dollars without sales tax. Where sales tax applies to your delivery address, checkout calculates and shows it before you pay.
We ship worldwide except to destinations under United States or UAE trade sanctions, and addresses our carriers will not serve. If that applies to you, checkout tells you before you pay.
Your parcel goes to the address exactly as typed. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will fix it free, as long as the order has not shipped. After dispatch, an address change costs whatever the carrier charges, and some carriers refuse. A parcel returned to us because of an address error can be sent again once the new shipping cost is paid.
Lost in transit. If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we replace it or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of that confirmation. We open the claim for you.
Damaged on arrival. Photograph the box and the item before anything else, then email the photos to info@moviestarjacket.com within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a refund.
Marked delivered but not there. Check with neighbors and your building office first. If it has not turned up within 2 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.
How long does shipping take to the USA? 10 to 18 business days from order with standard shipping, 6 to 11 with express.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, standard shipping is free on orders over $149 before tax.
Will I pay customs duty when my jacket arrives? Not for United States orders; duty is collected at checkout. Other countries may charge duty on delivery.
Why does my order ship from Dubai? That is where our jackets are made and packed. Shipping from the workshop avoids a second warehouse step.
We update this policy when rates, carriers or customs rules change. The version live on the day you ordered applies to your order.
