Order Cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped.

How to cancel

Email info@moviestarjacket.com with your order number and the word Cancel in the subject line. Phone works too, on 541-524-4224 during office hours, but send the email as well so there is a record with a timestamp.

We confirm the cancellation by email and release the refund the same business day. Card refunds then take 3 to 10 business days to clear back to your account, depending on your bank.

After the 24 hour window

We process orders in 2 to 4 business days, so there is often still time. Ask us. If the jacket has not gone to the carrier we will usually still cancel it.

Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it. At that point the return route is the one to use. You can refuse delivery, or accept the parcel and start a return within 30 days at https://moviestarjacket.com/policies/refund-policy

Custom and made to measure orders

Cutting begins as soon as your measurements are confirmed, which is usually within 24 hours of the order. A made to measure piece can only be cancelled before cutting starts. After that the jacket exists in your size and cannot be resold, so it is not refundable. This is stated on the product page before you order.

Orders we cancel

Occasionally we cancel from our side. It happens when an item sells out between your order and our pick, when a payment fails verification, or when a mismatch between billing and shipping details trips our fraud screening.

If we cancel, you get a full refund and an email explaining why. We do not cancel orders silently.
