Last updated: 30 September 2026
If you own a copyright or trademark and believe something on moviestarjacket.com uses it without your permission, email info@moviestarjacket.com with IP Notice in the subject line. We read every notice, and when a claim checks out we remove the product, image or text concerned.

How to send a copyright notice
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)), your notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The exact web address (URL) of each page or image on our site you want reviewed.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
How to send a trademark or likeness notice
Please include:
- The trademark, name or likeness concerned, with the registration number and country if the mark is registered.
- The URL of each product or page you want reviewed.
- A short explanation of why the use is unauthorized or likely to confuse customers.
- Proof that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner, such as a registration certificate or letter of authority.
- Your name, organization, postal address, phone number and email address.
What happens after you contact us
| Step | When |
|---|---|
| We confirm we received your notice | Within 2 business days |
| We check the notice and, if anything is missing, ask for it | Within 3 business days of receipt |
| We remove or disable the product, image or text | Within 5 business days of verifying the claim |
| We check our other listings for the same issue and remove those too | Alongside the removal |
| We email you to confirm what was removed | Once removal is complete |
Removing a listing also removes it from our product feeds, so it stops appearing in shopping ads and search results as those services refresh.
Please be accurate
A notice starts a real review, and we act on it in good faith. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make the sender liable for damages. If you are unsure whether a use infringes your rights, you may want to speak with a lawyer before writing to us.
