1. Order Processing

Processing Time: We process all orders within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the purchase date. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST may start processing the next business day.  
Order Confirmation: You will get an email confirmation after placing your order. Orders are not final until we send a shipping confirmation with tracking details.  
Cancellations and Modifications: You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting info@moviestarjacket.com. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.  

2. Shipping Options and Costs  

We offer these shipping options, with costs displayed clearly at checkout:  

Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $149 (before taxes and duties). This is applied automatically at checkout.  
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $15 for all domestic U.S. orders.  
Expedited Shipping: $25 for faster delivery through carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (costs vary by destination).  

Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which you are responsible for (see Section 5).  

3. Delivery Estimates  

Delivery times begin once processing is complete and are estimates, not guarantees. Times will vary based on destination and shipping method:  

Domestic (U.S.):  
Free Shipping: 8-12 business days.  
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.  
Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days.  
International:  
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.  
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Tracking Your Order  

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to check your package on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).  
If you don’t receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us right away.  

5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs  

Domestic Orders: Prices do not include state or local sales taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.  
International Orders: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees from your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please contact your local customs authority for more details.  
We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or lower declared values to avoid duties, as this breaks international shipping laws.  

6. Shipping Restrictions  

Restricted Items: Some products (e.g., leather jackets) may be restricted in certain countries due to import regulations. We will let you know if an item cannot be shipped.  
Excluded Destinations: We do not ship to [list any excluded countries, e.g., embargoed nations like North Korea, or confirm none apply]. Contact us to check eligibility.  
Address Accuracy: You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.  

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments  

Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit (based on carrier confirmation), we will offer a full refund or replacement within 5-10 business days. Please reach out to us to start a claim.  
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, follow our Return and Refund Policy for instructions. You need to provide photos and notify us within 7 days.  
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers or customs, but we will help you resolve issues.
